"Time will heal the wounds" and workplace conflicts
In my opinion, It is not actually the self sustain system of the body, rather it is the force of time behind every individual which brings the patience in the man to cope with the situation. This force is behind us every where rather we are at our home with family/friends or in the office with our colleagues or bosses. So, why not make effective use of this force which is "TIME".
Suppose you are at a position of HR manager and their arises a conflict in the employees, what will be your immediate action? you will of course go towards both parties, listen to them and then you go for decision. Research indicated that in 90% conflicts at the workplace, It arises from both sides and in such a case you never make a decision by keeping in view only one party and never make a hasty decision, the best possible strategy is to 'Give time to both Parties, Delay the issue' but never delay in such a way, that employees get annoy. The purpose of delaying strategy is to give time to the employees so that they can cope with the situation with the help of time. After some time you will observe a reasonable improvement in the conflict. In this way, you can improve the effectiveness at workplace by using the forces of time.
