When i was watching all that, a hidith come to my mind, according to which Prophet(PBUH) put his fingers in his ear while some one was whisling and they foolish people were celebrating the festival of his birth. I think all this is influence of the culture, as Pakistan was part of subcontinent and in the subcontinent region indian used to celebrate such festivals but in real pure islamic culture all this does not actually exist and in other islamic states people actually don't know about these stupid festivals. I am not taking against the celebration of birth of Prophet (PBUH), its right in the way you arrange some Mellad or Mehfil e Naat or some seerat conference but the celebration in the form of drum beats and dancing is not the real islam. They are doing nothing expect the distruction of real Islamic soul.
