Element of Trust is necessary in the social relationships, at each and every level. It works in a cycle and if at some place this cycle got disturb there started the distraction in relationship. Lets start with the family level, if husband and wife have trust on each other they will enjoy the happy and joyful life but unfortunately if at any level this element of trust turned into distrust the doubts start nourishing and at a certain stage, this relationship come to an end. Similarly in friends, people are friends because they do trust on each other otherwise they can never be a good friend.

Both of the parties are equally contributor in order to developing the trustful environment in social relationships. but in case of authority the authoritative party owns the power to create the trustful environment.

In organizations employer has the authority they can develop the environment which may lead to the trust of the employees. Employer reaction develop the repository behavior of the employees and vice versa. So, at each and every level we must try to develop the healthy trust worthy environment in order to develop strong and ever lasting relationship.
